Refund & Exchange Policy
- Goods sold under Bogostore Sdn Bhd are entitled to exchange goods within 7 working days after received goods
- All exchange or replacement of goods are subject to stock availability. In the event of out of stock, we will inform customer with an alternative solution.
What products are exchangeable / refundable?
- Goods sold under everydaybogo.com are entitled to exchange if:
- Goods delivered are damaged/defective
- Goods sold do not match with order detail
- Goods are NOT entitled to exchange if:
- Goods are not its original purchased conditions including packaging and tag
- Goods are only entitled for refund if:
- Goods delivered are damaged or defective
- Goods received are in contrast with what customer has ordered
How can I refund or exchange?
- Customer may initiate the return/exchange policy by submitting an email to cs@everydaybogo.com
- Customers will be notified via email for updates on the refund/exchange status within 7 working days
- In the event of damaged goods, please email cs@everydaybogo.com within 24 hours of receiving good to expedite the refund/exchange process
Shipping Fee:
- If customer wish to exchange the items, he/she would have to bear the shipping fee of sending back to our office.
- After verification, we would send back the requested item to customer for FREE
- In the light of damaged item(s) or wrong item(s) has been sent to customer, Bogostore will absorb the all shipping fees involved in the exchange process
*Refund amount will exclude shipping fee
How long will it take for me to receive my refund or exchange
- Please allowed 14 to 21 working days after the refund application has been approved
- The total refund amount will exclude shipping fee
